Information system for water level and flood warning in NAN river

Abstract

Mobile phone-based monitoring water level was developed using PHP web application. ??????????The water level was monitored by each water station officer, collected data and subsequently reported to the user through mobile phone. The different water levels will be reported to mobile phone as the text message and symbol color following; level 1(green color) is preliminary warning; level 2 (yellow color) is escape preparing and level 3 ??(red color) is ??meaning that the people must being their immigration to another site. The user will be accessed to this program through member application, choose the interested water stations, then the interested water level will be sent to mobile phone as text message. Efficiency program evaluation was to determine as 4 parameters following (1) Functional requirement test (2) Functional test (3) Usability test and (4) Performance test.?? Average score of each parameter was found to be at 4.01, 4.62, 4.21 and 4.41, respectively.?? This research provides the efficiently program to predict water level in Phitsanulok area. Developed program is easier access through mobile phone and also preliminary warning water level of the community nearby the water station.
